Guided training

Guided training takes place in groups, but it should not be confused with traditional group training.

Unlike group classes, a guided training instructor does more than just demonstrate exercises—they also:

  • Individually correct form
  • Modify exercises for each participant when needed

Guided training allows members to work out independently while still being under the supervision of a trainer. This option is ideal for those who enjoy a group setting but still want personalized attention from an instructor.

Unlike personal training, the instructor won’t be with you at all times, but they will always be available to assist and correct your form when necessary.

Guided training is available at all our Mega Gym locations: Dorćol, New Belgrade, Zemun, Zemun Polje, Batajnica, and Smederevo.
