The first Mega Gym fitness center opened its doors in June 2016 in New Belgrade.

Mega Gym is the only regional fitness club chain with seven locations across Serbia and one in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Dorćol, New Belgrade, Zemun, Zemun Polje, Batajnica, Smederevo, Trebinje, and Novi Sad.
